Extra tip:
Throttle management. Roll onto throttle, try to do some technical sections of the track with partial throttle, realease throttle earlier prior to sharp corners.
In 1/8 top level, Collari makes 5mins and wins races while other stop at 3.5mins...

On another note, you said it was noticeably faster leaned out, so lean it out. Go faster and make time. Don't get too worked up over temps (within reason).

Ive had the engine in bits. Looks OK (first nitro car engine Ive had apart though). A couple of very experienced racers also had a look at it and thought it looked OK too.
One of the guys said its very likely my setup. (clutch, two speed, tuning) Hope he's right and ill get it sorted.
