Ok, I put in a brand new 3port piston and sleeve into my TZ which was originally a 5 port. I set all the carb settings back to factory. I fire it up to start the break in process, as soon as I fire it up and put it on the ground, it sounds and performs like its already broke in! Plenty of blue smoke coming out the pipe. I checked for leaks and didnt have any, even change the fuel line. I've never had this happen before. Has anyone have this happen before?

same goes to me when im using tz spec 2 liner,but i feel worried at 1st but after breakin and bring to track for tuning the liner has alot of pinch so i got no problem with my tz

Good to hear. I just took it easy and just heat cycled the piston and sleeve and varied my throttle doing it. Also richened the hsn an hour and I am getting really good power and fuel economy and it idles really good.
