that only got him an extra 1HP. He changed the material on the conrod/piston clip to get the extra 5HP

Not sure. Looks more like a glazed area from excessive piston wear on that side. Or a possible burn mark.

0.6 HP at 63 K?
Man I am missing something here. I defenetly now have to find 8HP and 75 K, I know it will be chalange but if that guy found 6 HP, I can find 8. We got an idea laready supergarged glow plugs and forcamer-facel ignition ( I don't know what the heck it is, but I will find sintific prove for it).

Your 8hp and 75K engine is outmoded already. I'm designing a pistonless engine controlled by a artificial intelligence injecting system. It should have more than 100k rpm and let your car be destroyed in 3 seconds. Just wait and see!

But we will go for this one-V8, every cylinder is 40 K multiply by 8 is 320 K RPM-wow. I know what to do next
