O'Donnell 97T glow plug with Picco EVO3 .21 onroad engine

Can I use O'Donnell 97T glow plug on Picco EVO3 .21 onroad engine?

Is there any potential leakage issue?

It will work but there are MUCH better plugs for that motor. Use Picco, IDM, or Sirio plugs.
