Motor leaking nitro

Motor leaking nitro
Hello all i am new here so i hope i am posting in the right place. Ok i just bought
TEAM ASSOCIATED MONSTER GT pro .22 the isue with it is that it has a hard time starting. When i try to start it i see nitro fuel coming out from the pull start hole
and some out of the pipe. The flywheel really has no tension when i hand turn it is it time for piston and sleeve or is there something else going on?
It did start about 3 times for me as soon as i hit the throttle it dies out on me. It has a hex head start system. Please someone help me please thank you.

It also sounds very odd that a rich engne would have no compression at all as a flooded engine will at very least resist a little.
You need to pull the engine apart and take a closer look.
