Wahts your preference? (1/8 Onroad)

I tired different tune today, found an interesting points:

Track: High speed track
Plug: OD 99T
Fuel: Tornado 25%

Tune 1:
- Very lean LSN, HSN is on rich side.
- Gear shift very soon, even the 2 speed screws are very tight
- Good idle
- Temp is very cold, 78C - 85C

Tune 2:
- Rich on LSN, 15min turn in on HSN.
- Gear shift later than before
- High idle few sec, than normal idle speed, than stall.
- Temp is normal, 102C
- But the lap time is 0.5sec slower

So whats ur choice if you are in high speed track?

what is the fuel consumption between this two setting, because quite important in a race

Probably has to do with the idle.

Tune 2 isn't good because the idle speed shouldn't do what you describe.

I think so, tune 2 is more stressful from what I heard.

With tune 2 there is a high chance your engine will go to lean on the end of the straight causing such high temperatures. Also the rich bottom end is causing loss in the corners and fuel milage.

Tune 1 does give a faster pickup and a for sure right setting on the HSN

Yes. I can feel the tune 1 make the engine run more relax then 2. will do some test to lean in proper way.
