Mugen X.12 Carb Insert...

This may be a dumb question but what effect if any does removing the 5.4mm carb insert have on the Motors performance.

More power because more air goes in. More fuel consumption because with more air, you need to richen the carb needles to maintain the AFR (air fuel ratio).

what he said, i notcied it had a little more top edn, but alot more fule consumption, i think it lasted about 5:15 seconds w/ou the restrictor and about 6:30 with on fuel
