Default Hand Modified Motors

This might be a dumb question but Im going to ask anyway. When you buy a motor and it wears out you buy a new piston and sleeve. What about hand mods? When you have lets say a Rody motor and it wears out, where do you get another modded piston and sleeve?Im buying a new motor within the next 30-45 days and Ive ruled out hand mods. because of this reason. Are they really worth the extra money and rebuild costs? Thanks for your input!!
