I read somewhere that the Inotechs have nothing to do with Collari, they are using his name without permision. AFAIK the Inotechs are based on Picco motors.
If you want a real Collari, try to find a Sirio Collari, those ARE his modified engines. ANd the ones he used to win the 1/8th OnRoad WC.

Picco stoped working with Innotech because they do no have the right to use Lamberto Collari's name so in essence these are bootleg engines. They are currently being produced by Rossi i.e. the same guys tht produce the black pixi etc.
The current and only authorised line of Collari engines are made by a company called Lamberto Collari Motorsport. This business is solely owned by Lamberto Collari him self and these motors are hot! All of these new engines have part numbers that start LC i.e. LC21Pro. I saw this engine being tested used by one of the 1/8th team drivers here at RAMS this weekend. It was a production non-mod engine and was faster than the JP FX engines. The drivers laps were nbetween .5 and 1 sec. faster than any one else. No one belived that the engine was stock so the driver too it apart to show us and it was completely stocks! I back ordered one the next day from Ace.

Not sure who TKT is but he is correct. I too saw the new Collari at RAMS and that STOCK motor was as impressive as any mod motors I have seen. There have only been a handful of motors I have seen that are faster.

LC12 Pro 3E Collari Std. AAC 3 ports Turbo EFRA
260.00 Euros
LC12 Pro 3E MC Collari AAC 3 ports Turbo Mauro Collari Modified
340.5 Euros
These are official retail prices in Europe. I am distributor for them in Peru, so it is first hand information. In the USA I think
www.werksracing.com is the didtributor, but I don't know which engines he handles, if old series or new ones.

afm,
Thanks for the update. Yep, Wers Racing is the exclusive importer in the US. So far I have only seen the .21 buggy motors in our local stores so far but I understand the new onroad motors should be in stores here very soon.
