Default Hpi .12

Do any of you guys have any experience with this engine? I just got one I was wondering what to expect from it. I'm going to be running it in a TC3.

Thanks, Neil

From my understanding, that HPI motor is made by STS for HPI... You might want to check the HPI R40 thread or the STS motor thread for some added help... Question, did you go to HPI's web-site for any spec info??? I'm sure you can find some spec's and tuning tips there... Hope the info helps and post back if you find anything out...

Good find Neil... I've been there before and posted about the Rossi/Trinity Black pixy motor last year... Take your time breaking your 12R XS....

I saw one in a video. It looked fast. It was in an r40 though. Watch the r40 video on hpi's website.

Its slow to break in but once it is it rocks. For 130$ its the most powerful powerplant hands down.
