Default Engine Rebuild

Hi Guys,

I have 2 engines which I think need a rebuild as they have hardly any compression left, and can't idle well. The two engines are NovaRossi MR12 and the NovaRossi NSR5. What parts do I need in order to rebuilt the engine? Are the piston and liner and sleeve the same throughout the Novarossi range?

Thanks

Sami

I am sure you are going to need replace piston, sleeve, conrod, ( c-clips). Can't tell you if bearings are OK, but most likely if it is original P/S sets in there, might not need to chnge the bearings.
All MR, NS, RS, NSR are the same dementons for p/s sets ( short rod version), MT12 and old Top are log conrod version.
So in your particular case ( MR12 and NS12S5) you can use similar P/S sets ( 3 port or 5 port version-depend if you running ROAR or outlaw.)
