I have HEC 5mm and 6mm with my OS tz too. The 6mm will give more torq and speed but a little bit on the thirsty side. Its the best power combo I have for the TZ.

Well I can make about 5.20-5.30mins with 5mm, with 6mm I can only get around 5.10-5.15mins per tank, it depends on the track sometime I can barely get to 5 mins with it.

I have an xray nt1 with an o.s 12tz, and i have put a "h.a.r.d racing shark 2" pipe and exhaust header on it and you can adjust the length of the pipe with included spacers, this means you can either have torque or speed. and i can get about 7.5 minutes out of a tank. (depending on how hard i drive it)
