oh yes one quick note about the 22604 pipe. it ain't roar legal and we measured some of them and their not ifmar legal either. after we got them we discovered that the stinger is 5.8 mm. we will be updating the site shortly. so basically what we have in inventory is outlaw type pipes. I will be talking to gary about this tomorrow.

If its hard annodized that is a good thing as we are going to release some hard annodized ones soon.

Firstly, congratulations.

Now, I have a few questions about your new .12 engines . . .
Could you provide a sense of the consumable costs - like for conrods, bearings etc.
Will they use standard sized bearings?
Will a Nova conrod fit? - I have a bit of money tied up in spare Nova conrods ya' see. :blush:
Might you offer a bundle price for a RD/Richey engine and a Turbo II pipe, for instance? - save a little freight for those of us half way round the world.
And finally . . . . . when? ;)

I don't know about the internals compatibility, but I was told from Dennis that there will be motors and pipes packaged together at a very affordable price... :tire:

can't wait to see the prices for replacement parts. since the engine is supposed to be affordable, i can't wait. i've had about all i can take with this dang STS.

I haven't set the parts prices yet but they will be significantly cheaper than what people are paying now.

Yes the engine will also be packaged with a Turbo II pipe, air filter and a turbo and standard head button as a package. should be around 250, 260 US street prices. Oh yea It will get the New Turbo II pro series hard annodized pipe. These are being made now.

The first 500 hundred engines are being manufactured now. we are pushing them hard to meet a 45 day window.

Does the motor have to come with the pipe or can we purchase just the motor alone with choice of head?

It will come either as the power package with everything or as the engine with a turbo and a standard head button and an air filter. So you don't have to choose a head :) The motor should street retail about 188.00 We have verified it is capable of running with the best stuff out there. :) The best part is there is nothing to modify, it comes full tilt out of the box. Everyone will be suprised. Leo V accused me of modifying it as did Brad Toffelmire after he took it apart. when I told him thats the way its machined stock he had to pick his teeth up off the floor. If you have ever owned one of my hand mod RTUs you know what it will look like but made out of better materials and cut by precision cnc machining. The crank is vacume degassed 4340 chromemoly steel heat treated, precision ground and fully cnc blended. It is completely new engine being made by a new manufacturer based off the prints and material specs we gave them.

Preorders are a squeek early yet.
