I can't get the sleeve out to save my life right now.

I've tried what was suggested by sliding in a zip tie until it bites and pushes it up but it broke off and there is a piece of zip tie stuck in the motor now LMAO

:(:D:lol::cry:

Ok, so I got the sleeve to budge but it would come out all the way. Can I use a flat head to force it the rest of the way out?? I can't even shove the zip tie in there anymore.

FINISHED! It was a lot easier then I thought. Motor feels solid ... lets see if it starts tomorrow :(:)

Thanks to everyone for the help!!! MUCH MUCH appreciated!!!! :nod::nod::nod:

The top of my piston was black. I got some of it off just by whiping it.

Is it too lean or too rich? Bottom end or top end?

Motor feels fine to me ... glow plugs are lasting a long time.

Thanks!
