this excel program is for people having problem finding a full circle protractor or for people like EVO whom doesn't know what a protractor is. still need a good caliper or depth guage.
this program is not verified so feel free to correct any error or make changes.
just download the file and rename the extension back to .xls

BTW, who wants to get realy good protractor, which perfectly fit to our needs, it is in "Home depot" and it costs just few cents.
