ioxqq 03-07-2011 07:17 PM

Are the 2011 engines come with new kind of gasket? How does it look like?

Serpent-Dan 03-07-2011 07:35 PM

It's nothing crazy

RMeira 03-07-2011 07:37 PM

What is the difference between the PT and PTS ???
Tnks

Serpent-Dan 03-07-2011 08:08 PM

The PTS has both ceramic bearings. The PT only has the rear bearing ceramic. The PTS might have a little more rpm.

They both will be fast but the Murnan will have more midrange and overall peak horsepower. But the 2011 flash will have the same topend but better runtime.

Glad to know ....
Since I have 3 engines now, IŽll try the Murnan and the 2011 in the racing car .. and the regular Flash in the training car .... ;-)

How much does the heat sink alone weigh?

And the entire engine??

I am talking bout the .12 PT/PTS

ralphierace13 03-08-2011 05:16 PM

got a ? can someone explain to me the point of using a rear ceremic bearing and a steel front... i dont get it. i understand the rear is the load bearing but does the front turn the same or slower? and if it does turn the same then is'nt it slowing down the rear?
