Whats the best way to remove the Front Bearings on these Small Blocks?

I completly strip and clean the engine then put it into a 300 degree toaster oven for 15 minutes and the bearings almost fall out. Same for installation.

Good article on the RB website. I use a heatgun though and place the bearings and the crankcase i the freezer. As soon as I remove the bearings and the crankcase is still hot I pop the ice hold crank and bearings in.
