since you're not really worried about the engine. Why not just use an old screwdriver in the same method as the zipties or popsicle sticks?
Exactly. Freestyle, you DIDN'T mention that the motor was scrap - you actually expressed concern that you were "wrecking the internals trying to get it out." If you're going to roll your eyes when I try to offer some help, then stop wasting our time and just rip the damn thing out and piss off.
