Default Where to buy BOSS 21 crankshaft?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knew where i could purchase a BOSS 21 crankshaft from? A mate of mine has one..and the very end of the crankshaft snapped off (just before the flywheel nut)...very weird.

thanks in advance

Ryan

i knew a guy that had the crank snap off in the same spot on his ninja so i gave him a crank out of a boss that dropped a rod. the next time i bumped into him he said that it did not fit..... different crank pin size i think was the reason.
stick with a novarrosi based engine

should be the same as long as its the same engine.

like On road crank in a on road engine, and off road to an off road. They are the exact same engines basically.

i thought they were the same and that is why i gave him a crank. boss 5port off road engines and ninja 5 port engines have different cranks . if you take the crank, piston and rod from one and fit to another it should work

there's been a batch of cranks, which had the hole to tighten the clutch, drilled to deep into the crank. That way, the crank is weak around the flywheelnut....

Well we have pulled my old ninja crank out and put it into his boss. Measured the pin with verniers and the overall diameter etc..was identical.

Also, the only differnce between the 2 is... the Ninja has a little more porting work... same port layout..but the ninja is a little more opened up.
