SH .21 on road engine

Has anyone seen or used the SH .21 XT2 P8 engine? The one with the ceramic piston and silicone filled crankshaft.

its extremely hard to find in the us. Global Hobby is the only SH distributor, and global doesn't really seem to care to sell the better SH engines.
