Why is this forum listed under the On Road Forum?

Why is this forum listed under the On Road Forum?
I am wondering why this forum is listed under the On Road Section. Being a subforum under another forum makes it hard to find. I think it should be a seperate forum listed under General Forums. That way it would make it easier to find IMO.
