Anyone race there recently?

Hoping to head down in next couple weeks on a Sunday to run some.

Give some base lines to set-ups and tires if you can.

I am new to the hobby and looking to start racing and wondered if anyone could give me advise concerning a good stock motor for my first car. I am going to get a kit so I have a better understanding of the workings of a rc car. I am planning on starting with a 17.5 but there are just to many out there to choose from. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

They have some of the lowest quality human beings this side of the Mississippi....specifically Scott Loewenstine.....this man is a thief with the integrity of a 2yr old without a toy! I purchased a kart and stand from him making a big mistake of paying in full before complete delivery......long story short I was taken for 1000$. All I can say is beware of this man. If you have any questions please ask. He really is the bottom of the barrel.

En Hobbies (formerly Sparks Raceway) Is reopening Oct 18th after a remodel. They will have a dedicated On-road carpet, Off Road Carpet, and Mini Z track. I am so excited about this and I hope the carpet and mini z racing take off. I am looking to get back into the hobby after getting out in 2005.

Is there still a dirt track or all carpet now? I’m trying to figure out where to race in Columbus this season.

Dirt is gone. Updates on their progress and info on classes, spec tires and spec motors can be found on a new FB page for "En Raceway & Elite Hobbies*

Thanks for the update, I've been trying to follow the new Facebook posts but haven't seen the schedule yet. Hoping to make it down a few times this season, haven't raced off-road in 10 years. Planning 13.5 4wd and a 21.5 car.

I've been following the new construction on Facebook but don't have an account to comment. For the 21.5 off road class, is that any chassis but with the Motiv 21.5 or buggy only?
