Default engine wont turn over

I got a hpi big block and I been working on days and it won't turn over it has no leaks but it has a lot compression. Any idea what it could be or what I can do to get better compression?

You say it has a lot of compression and then want more?

Heat it with a hair dryer or heat gun to 200 degrees, loosen glow plug. Start engine and then tighten plug.

If there is no compression then you may have to replace the piston and sleeve.

If you want to save some money, you could get the sleeve pinched (resized).

rayaracing or someone convenient.

Hpi big block carburetors are notorious for vacuum/fuel leak on the mid-range or jet screw. Causes them to run very hot and changes the tune constantly as things expand and contract. Its probably what toasted your engine. Sometimes they will only leak when the motor is hot so you wont detect it when you're not running. Buy a piston and sleeve set, they come with everything you need and the piston/conrod are already assembled. After you fix that I suggest buying a new jet screw, they are sold with o-rings...don't bother replacing the rings themselves...it wont fix the problem. In some cases the entire carb has to be replaced.
