Default mufflers

i kno on a big motor the dual exhaust adds a increase in power but im reletivly new to the nitro worl and the mufflers with dual tips is there any performance behind them or is it just show

big increase in power just gotta richen the engine up so it doesnt overheat due to the added rpms

thanks but is it power on the low side high side or all the way around

I ran it on my tmaxx and it makes it very snappy on take off and gets to speed alot quicker but doesnt add much more to top speed

Mufflers are used in powerboating to reduce the noise. Most car-exhaust may not produce more than 75db on 3 feet/10meter.

Little bit different on a Nitro mill. You need that sound wave/back pressure from a properly tuned pipe. If your talking about that RD dual stinger pipe, IMO that thing is the biggest waste of time and money on the RC market. It might look cool to some but that thing belongs back in the aluminum melting pot.
