Even in truggy a prefer the 2060 over the 2050, or it has to be a track with no straight.
In my opinon the 2050 revs out much to quick on a straight.
Need more bottem end snap for a truggy, play some with your clutch.
I use the ] shape header in truggy and the ) shaped header in buggy that is on the speed and ninja jx.

Other pipes that also work :

TT/AE 2035
Mielke/EB/Reckward 2041

it will work, just have a lot of bottom, IMHO to much... 2060 and RE10 are far better for buggy.

Agree 100%. 2060 is the best pipe for either buggy or truggy. Losi RE10 isn't a bad alternative.

Bad idea. I've tried the 086 on OS engines and it was the worst they ever ran. Makes the nice smooth OS powerband peaky and unpredictable not to mention that it killed runtimes by over a minute as compared to the 2060. Definitely not a pipe I would recommend...

2060 pipe is the perfect match for any OS Speed Engine, no matter what it's in.

its excelent on the new XZB...IMO it may even be better then the 2060.......... the new XZB are long stroke engines and far different then the original short stroke VZB that the 2060 pipe was designed for ...

DOH ! my bad..I just realized this was a VZB thread, not XZB thread

I hope that wasn't a sarcastic remark.

The comment is my interpretation to the reply "Doh".

Doh ! ( I pulled a Homer and thought the thread was about the XZB not VZB )

on the XZB the 086 felt great...but on the VZB not so great ! I just got confused on the engine we were talking about
