sts .21
so i had some probs tuning this after i switched pipes. went to sts web site and there settings say from END. does this mean from all the way in are all the way out?

The "End" that they are referring to is when the needle
is turned all the way in until it just stops. Set the HSN at 3 turns out. Set the LSN at 4.5 turns out. (note: make sure that you have the carb slide opened up when you turn the LSN all the way in). Set the idle air gap to .5mm. |

Well, just be glad that they didn't want you to
start your base needle settings from a "Frush" setting. |

ok guys i wasnt far off on my settings. maybe this mill just doesnt like a jp1? ran ok with jp3, was trying for more bottom end.
|
which STS do you have? the JP3 and 053 worked great with the D21T i had. JP3 had good bottom and great top, and 8-9 min run time....
