So based on what you just said.....for the money involved, I would be better off with my clocked P5XLT then the clio?

A BIG THANKS TO NEAL AND JOHN,

Another podium today at revelation raceway. 30min A main. Whether was mid 90F today. No FLAME outs, RB was dialed all day. I didn't even touch the needles today. RB Blast was very powerful and after the 30min main it came in and temped at 230F. I couldn't believe it. Another keeper here.

Thanks Neal. No podum this week but it sure is nice to have a motor that tunes easy . One less thing to worry about during those crazy race days.

Josh competed in round 3 of the Minnesota Off Roads Series at Loosenuts Raceway over the weekend. The layouts are always on the technical side.
In 1/8 Buggy, Josh had good qualifying runs with a 3rd, 1st and 2nd. So he started 2nd on the grid with his Mugen MBX7. He was using the Mugen Beat 4 that Neal Clocked and he had plenty of pop for all the tight corners and jumps out of the corners. He was worried about fuel consumption in the main as it was more humid and traction was high along with his heavy trigger finger. So we decided to do 6 minute stops in the 30 minute main. He battled for 2-4 all race and in the end took 2nd. Engine was just a touch rich from the weather change and the rain moving in as it started sprinkling the last 2 minutes, then within 5 minutes after the race a downpour for an hour..ending the race day.
In Truggy, he used his trusty Clocked Bonito with a 86 pipe. First races on his Mugen MBX7T, he was 2nd first round, made some set up changes and a restricter change for round 2, was on TQ run turning 32 second laps which only 1 other driver had been able to also do, but with a minute left, he flamed out, very strange, upon examination, his clunk had gotten caught and was about half way up the tank. For round 3, we replaced the tank with a non clunk tank, but started late because of a tough starting engine. Plain and simple, forgot to retune from the longer fuel line with that tank. He still took 4th over all that round even though he was force started by 12 seconds. Was to start 5th in the main but the rains washed out the rest of the day.
Can't thank Neal and John enough for the engine work, powerful engines that run great on the Bones Brew fuel.. Josh like his engines to be a brute on the bottom but them go smooth to the top, tough combo but Neal does it..

Default Nats

I had a blast at the nats running a clocked btt in my mugen then changing it up to a clocked p5 geared up to 14 I was shocked the clocked p5 can pull wheelies down the back strait geared up for the larger track and slippery conditions. I rode a wheelie down the back like a boss with my clocked engines. Super stable super happy. It did die once but it was from a rock getting in my center diff when tuning it out on the main road. Not many places to check the tune there.

Thanks to Neal for being so awesome and getting my engines ready in time for the race.

Your engine was awesome! My Clocked Picco was perfect as well. I had a 1/4 tank of fuel left after each 7 minute qual. The ROAR tech guys told me I easily had the most fuel after each round. Too bad my driving skills can't get Clocked...lol!

Here we have a new Mugen MBX7T, diffs are still notchy but the Clockworks modified O.S Speed has no trouble pushing right though during its first lap on the track, tons of power and the truggy just turns on a dime, home run
