I just yanked that Clocked JL out of my hyper 10sc big block mod we did 2 weeks ago and we threw it on the Dyno. It's had a very hard life and has been in numerous vehicles all season long and still pulls numbers like that. I wish my 1:1 truck would run that hard.

Stock B5 & B6 vs Clocked B5 & B6 is on the burner this week. These will be fresh out of the box.

I was by no means insinuating that OS was a turd. Just for the record. Those of you that know me, know I like to sling poop with the best of them

X2 and the JL sounds 10X nastier on the dyno and pulls more top end. Standing 16" from the dyno you tend to get a feel for what each motor's doing and the graph normally backs it up.

i think it s the O.S. reputation that keeps folks coming back and attracting new customers. Some ppl rather pay for that than buying bang for the buck but hey......to each his/her own.

Just got home from a night of practice on a 100% traction track. Never ran on such a thing. I thought my clocked B5 was slightly slack for 2 ft coming onto the straight. M2C clutch and all. Wrong. After running with speeds, jx's and other modifieds i found that i was killing them the 1st 3 ft and slaughtering them from that point on. The traction was so great that my front tires wouldn't even unload under full throttle. Our tracks are usually very slick. Man did that mofo crack a note down the straight. I had my very strong JP in my buggy and was experienceing the same thing, weak feeling acceleration at beginning of straight. Finally pulled it and put a very good running Speed on buggy and it seemed like such a sis. Standing next to the track while running then you could tell it was flying. We are expecting more rain tonight/tomorrow so conditions should be same for sat. The B5 will be clutched up some and will be a killer sat.
