Josh finally ran his clocked P5 with a Werks 2058 pipe in his new MBX6 US Spec, he ran them both for the first time at the J-Concepts 1/8 Spring Nationals, Neil, you outdid yourself on that P5, unbelievable power and speed. Josh qualified 3rd and finished 3rd in the Expert A-Main, came in at 265 degrees after the 45 minute main in which he ran strapped the whole time. In Truggy, he used the Bonito for qualifying but put in his clocked JX BO2 for the main after he wrapped the pressure line around the flywheel in 3rd qualifier. Didn't want to chance any using the Bonito in case any damage had been done to it.. He ended up 7th in the main after blowing out the front diff with 7 minutes left in the main.

I ran sportsman buggy and truggy. The CRE Roma and P5 ran awesome all weekend. Tire wear was an issue for everyone. Went up a tooth on both engines and had more then enough power to do whatever I wanted them to do. Ended up qualifying 3rd in truggy and 7th in buggy. In the begining of the truggy main, I got hacked a couple times and it took me a couple minutes to cool off. After I calmed down i was able to lay down consistant fast laps and catch the leader. I just cruised around leading for a while till I made my final pit stop. Then I let the Roma eat and won by 10-15 seconds. This engine turns heads just by the sound of it. Its very fast and has gobs of bottom end. Best truggy engine ive ever owned. Im very happy with it.
In buggy, I chose the wrong tires for track conditions. But I got through it and just drove smooth. made my way up to 4th and thats where I finished. This engine is Revs to the moon! ( what did the dyno say it revved to Neal?) I had the fastest buggy out of all the buggy's at this event. When I came off the drivers stand there was a bunch of people standing around my buggy looking at the engine. I had alot of people come up to me all weekend asking me who does my engines. (John wheres my shirt? LOL) I refer numerous numbers of people to Neal every race I go to. Ive got the CRE purple fever, Neal I think I need one of each lol

Due to the lack of clocked race video's floating around on the net, I went back over the last 6 months of video's I have posted and thought this one should be reposted for all to enjoy.

CLub race last night with my xray xb9 and clocked p5 engine. Steel M2C clutch and 2058 pipe. It was flying last night tq and 1st place. The P5 was awesome!! During warm up for 5 min it temped at 220 and after the 15min main it went down to 200. I came in with 8 min to go and after the race it had well more than 1/4 tank. I usually get about 11.5 mins runtime with it on avg.

Its funny, even though I bought another motor to run, so I could save the P5 for the NZ nationals later this year, I just cant bring myself to switch to it, I just know its not gonna have anything on the P5.

Here is my copperhead body that I just finished air brushing for my clockworks powered serpent truggy, These bodies are just totally perfect for the serpent truggy in every way, strength and down force.

Clocked Fire 11 was magnificent on its 1st raceday. Long needle carb made it very manageable while having huge power on tap down low. This might be the 1st engine i'll weight the flywheel for. 10 minute runs are no issue. Nice work guys.

Now if it doesn't look like the Losi it just looks wrong!
And the Losi is the strongest rc body ever made!!
