Hey Neil I was wondering if you can tell me the advantages of Clocking a Ninja JX.21. I am hoping that I would be able to get my Ninja clock from you in the new future. Before the Off-Road season starts in Alberta. Are you able to clock a Ninja still if it has a Gallon on it, or do you only recommend clocking new engines?

Thanks

hi neil, i need advice from you or your partners. i need an engine for my 8ight-t 2.0 and cant make my mind between the clocked b5 or the clocked 25xz for me its the same cost (already have a 086 for the 25xz but need to buy the pipe for the b5) i know the xz will be slightly more powerfull but will the runtime suffer a lot compared to the b5 ? and about lifespan, which one is best ? clutch wear etc
thanks!

The B5's runtime is definitely better...The B5 is freakishly good on fuel......... However the 25 is pretty decent on fuel as well.....both engines rock ! Not sure on lifespan, we haven't killed a B5 or OS 25 yet..... So far they both get great lifespans

The modified Ninja has a much stronger bottom and a much better top end runout.....I can easily modify an engine with 1 gallon, but any more then that I am leery to to do

I am racing a truggy at motorama with this engine in it.
Be sure to look for the other Clocked Drivers there and say hello!

Awesome, thanks Neil.

Does the run time increase at all with these mods?

In the next week or so I plan to order a Competition Heat 12v. I love supporting Canadian companies. So I will try and order it from you. I know Steve S is carrying your products in Edmonton. Does this include this include things like the Engine Heater you being a distributer? Obvously it's easier buying from Steve because we are in the same city. So Steve if you see this and you do have the Heaters please send me a PM and I will buy one from you if available.

Yes, Steve also carry's the heaters (and has access to any other items we carry), however I'm pretty sure he is out of stock right now. I can send him more on his next shipment if you are not in a rush. Just let him know if you want the 12v or the 120volt version and he can let me know.

I just finished the last break in tank on My Clocked JL after RC Renew gave it a light pinch for me. For those of you who do not own one of these engines I feel sorry for you..really! This engine after Neal Gets done with it will pull for 200 feet easy. At about the 50 foot mark it almost feels like it kicks into a second gear. On a straight away I would put this engine up against anything and it will easily leave the competition in the dust. In a couple of hours I am taking it out for practice. I'll get 4 hours of runtime on it with S&W Trophy blend 30%. Its a small tight track which is unfortunate since it wont get to breathe much but should be awesome as far as run times go. Tomorrow is Round 4 of our Nitro KBRL, followed by a club race at night Doubleheader baby! With my Clocked JL I think Neal and John will be selling some more engines In Arizona Next week
