Default PICCO .21 BOOST

I really like their engines, but man.. is about time they start to update the placement of their idle screw.

my guess is that its another picco evo series engine, just a few minor timing differences. Maybe an improved carb.

Italian engine firm Picco have unveiled their new .21 Buggy engine the Boost B01. The 3 port engine is the result of many hours of dedication and testing; key areas of improvement were identified and subsequently worked on. The result is the Boost B01, with much improved fuel economy - vital in racing these days, and drivability; equally important. Factory driver Riccardo Rabitti used the engine at Neo2010, a positive debut finishing 8th overall in the main final. The engine's other featuers include a composite carb with 6 & 7mm venturi, light weight cooling head, large turbo insert and crankshaft with silicon paste.

Guess I am missing the boost port..

Why is the head button so thick? It looks cool, and I am assuming is makes the engine cool better? It looks very very similar tot he OS Speed engine from the outside. Adn with the 3 port sleeve I would assume performs similarly too.. Will be very cool to see the price point on it, and the power #s.. Hope Neal gets a hold of one soon.. I know he can give us the low down on it once he has it in hand.

so what's going to be the better engine, the boost or this, http://www.teampicco.com/Motori/p7revo4buggy.html ? or even the jammin jpx-21 plus?

Default motor

Ofna says Picco wont send them so it looks like we are stuck with the evo 3. Picco has 3 new motors the Boost, the Evo 4, and the P3R and we cant get any of them. If enough people bug Ofna they will probably try to get them. Or if enough people ask a big seller like A-Main or Nitro House they will get them some how. I e-mailed A-main and said I would pre-order

depends what you consider better...the boost looks like a pretty basic 3 design with a few fancy features...its more then likely a milder engine that gets great mileage....The EVO4 appears to be just another version of the P7 series, And of course the Jammin is also a P7 variant, as you know the P7 is a high output powerhouse of a engine...

Daaaang Marcus, I really hope you're wrong this time around ( I mean that in the best of ways too! ) because I'd really be jumping on one of these but with the Clockwork touch, of course.

Hopefully things change. Neal, you already know what I'm thinking
