Got to race it at The Nitro Pit this weekend, switched to 30% byrons and p3 plug for the race and left the jp-3 pipe in place. The engine ran flawless both Qs and 20 min. main, got to really turn the needles to max power and it has tons, good on fuel, 8 mins to be safe. During the main I had it a little too lean and had to take it easy to keep it cool, mosty after the strait it would cut out a little when I really was pushing it hard around the track, after the race I had just under 1/2 tank after 7 mins from last pit. I have raced it hard for 4-5 races and it now has 3 gals or so, tons of compression, no oil what so ever at the front bearing, so far great little mill !! Lets see how long it runs for

That's a good reveiw!! Glad to here your doing good with it. Sounds like its really good on fuel? Looking at the videos of the pit, thats a pretty large track. I would assume your pinch is gone. It will more than likely run better now!

Its is good on fuel, I did have it on the lean side It still has a tiny bit of pinch with plug out, I love this engine so far

tho I bet you found it likes to be a little richer... higher compression and higher nitro is going to need a richer setting for sure.....

Hard to say, I leaned it a-lot at the pit, many things changed at the track, went up a clutch bell tooth, 30% fuel, bigger track, different elevation etc etc..... The needles are suprizinly close to factory, top is 3 3/4 bottom is 3 1/2 from close.

Ah not much to see.. the crank is still all there and the sleeve is not cut to pieces. Just some proper timing adjustments and some of this and that
