Weren't these produced at the same facility as reds? And reds has kind of exploded recently?
That was kinda my take on what has happened.

I'm not sure what happened, either. A year or two ago I talked to him over the phone and he mentioned there were some new engines on the way.

Picco make REDS, Werks engines were sirio.

I dont get the hype behind REDS at all, i ran their engines for a couple of years and they were rubbish... especially if the air temp was high.
Have they changed the last year or two? i see they've moved back to a short needle carb though.

I spoke with Jermey Kortz and he mentioned Ron Retired. I think it’s kind of weird for any business after all the years of support from the RC community to just get up and leave without thanking anyone for all the financial gains that were made during that time. But you know that saying all good things come to an end! I will say I have a few works motors still brand new in the box and I don’t wanna even use them but I’ve been running this brand ultimate M5 and that motor by far is way superior than any works engine I’ve had and I pretty much have had all of them! Including B7! But if they did come back I would definitely go back to running the Works engines again just because I really love everything about them and they’re really solid!

Kortz is going threw a lot with what happened to his boy, I wanted to ask him for help but that won’t happen, I’ve been friends with him to long. Finding those last few parts available will be a mission. It’s like my os speed .19 rebuild kit, these guys build engines and if they decide it’s over you will never get parts. Kinda not cool.

Hey guys look out for a scammer named GLENCOE trying to sell werks parts now that we’ve let it be known people are looking for parts. He tries to scam people into any parts they need. And he hasn’t been banned which is weird since there are a lot of threads in the scamming section saying they were scammed by him out of hundreds of dollars. He’s going after people in the normal threads now and not just the wantto buy (wtb) section. The moderators need to delete that section, and then ban glencoe. He almost got me today and when I saw him say send money friends and family I did my research. Moderators please give a look at this and clean the mess that he’s causing.
