Jan. 6th will be the 1 year anniversary of when the first JS Racing engines arrived in the USA and were available to the public. I'd like to take this time to thank EVERYONE who has supported EBMods and JS Racing this past year. We hope 2011 will be just as successful and we look forward to serving you for many years to come.

Merry xmas to Ed and Joe!:tire: Were the hellfires getting decent fuel mileage? and is the 2041 pipe still the pipe for the JS engine?

Merry XMas JUD, 2041 is still a great pipe, the 0801 pipe is working really well on the .21's not so much on the .23's. For the .23 the 086 is still the baseline pipe. We have 4 final designs and pre-production sample pipes here for testing, all with 3 different header lengths. These should be available before Motorama.

Hellfire gets the same mileage as the .21's

Jus curious, what's not to like on the .23/801 combo??? And if the 86 is the top choice, which, or does it matter...Dyn/Ofna/NR? Thx :)

Brian Miskolczi 12-27-2010 06:28 AM

NitroOB4you- I personally have not tried the 801 pipe, but am running just a dynamite 086. Motor runs great with a P5 plug.

Hey Rob, hope all is well. The JS .23 using the 0801 runs hotter in the exhaust, and will tend to get soft on the bottom-end after everything is fully heat saturated. On the .21 it's dialed, I've been using it personally to test my 8 port, and I believe Joe is running it on his RP .21's in California at Revelations Raceway. A short header on the 0801 will help by advancing the savaging pulse, but the runtime will decrease.

The Dynamite 086 is the best average all around pipe, power, runtime, etc.. it's not the best pipe for peak power numbers, but a very good starting point.

Thanks
