RayAracing Resizing Tooling + Service

Thanks guys !!!! I appreciate the continued feedbacks thru the many pages this thread, and others, on "this" specialized RC Nitro Engine Resizing craft I pride myself both with the services I provide, along with my developmental contributions made to the RC Community world wide. Many tracks in many countries are now tooled by RayAracing to do their own resizing. That initself saves shipping time / expense, equating whole lot of engine resizings and extended engine life. At least that was in my vision 12 years ago. ;);) helping many in this craft. I'm still your go to guy if "A Pinch Is Not Enough" or "anyone" in need a pinch repair

Resizing tooling sales will end very soon , with requests not accepted untill after the new year. Get your orders in now......

Just call, text , or email me.

Thanks again guys .....I appreciate your continued support

I received my sets back from Ray today.
As I first time customer I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship that Ray provides.
I sent Ray a piston and sleeve that was, at best, a long shot of ever being salvaged.
I appreciate the extra effort that he put into getting it back into shape and am amazed that he could repair it.

Thanks Monty...Yeah, Good and busy week with group orders...Some piston+sleeve sets with sealing surface issues (along with other issues)required alittle more than average processing :sneaky: Others OK. Finishing up packaging now. Tomorow is a good day for a good shop and equipement cleaning  A few more packages are expected to be delivered later in the day.

Thanks Guys

Been a long time and I'm glad to see RayA still bringing back rut-ruts from the dead :) For a thread, or craftsman, to last this long on the net says so much about his services and the quality of work he provides.

Testamonial

Here is my review of Ray's service... I actually got two sleeves adjusted back in May and so I am happy to say after some very thorough testing the service works as advertised. These were my first resized engines and now I plan on extending the life of all my engines with Ray's service.

I had a Max Power Twister off road engine that used to be very reliable for me. It started flaming out after pit stops. I had that thing tuned perfectly and I was still experiencing the problem. I tried switching glow plugs, head shims, front bearing, and carburetor with no luck. The motor had let me down in several mains so I had given up on it. The flame out issue began to occur when it had just started to fail the "flop test" so I figured I would give it one last shot with a resize.

My other engine was a Werks B6 Pro. The Werks had even less compression than my Max Power and could not hold an idle.

I sent both in. I didn't specify a tightness level so I suppose I got medium. I got them back and they looked great. If you didn't know Ray cleans and oils the parts so they look like new. I rebuilt the engines and saw that they were pretty tight. I would say after the resize they were even a bit tighter than when they were brand new. That being said I did a break in comparable to what I would have done for a brand new engine.

The Max Power runs great just like it always did, expect that now it does not flame out after a pit stop. I have run several long mains with it and have had no problems.

The Werks still screams and can now hold an idle again. I just used it for its first race weekend since the resize and had zero flameouts.

Now I have four reliable engines to take to races which is especially great when I am traveling. I may try a "light" resize on the next one if I don't feel like doing as much break in.

Jbrow1, It was nice that you started this thread. Many devoloped over the past 12 years....this one very long lived. Guess I'll just keep on keepin on :D

jhrbecek, I appreciate you taking the time with typing the above Testamonial. Try the "Light-Med" tightness of my Reconditioning-Resizing process. And do look very closely at the sealing surfaces "Before (shipping) and After" (Recieved) guys

Resizing tooling orders will not be accepted after next week, and then will not again untill after the new year. So place your tooling requests NOW, make payment, and you will be doing your own resizing

And this week and next you can count on my normal fast turn around on recontioning-resizing service orders.

Thanks for the continued support guys !!!

Any questions please feel free to call text or email me.

Kind regards,

Ray
