Good tips Rex. I can only imagine some of the things that have come through your shop.

Haha Oohh... that went right over my head.

hey rex I am thinking of buying a modded mill for my 8t 2.0 and I am leaning towards the alpha a352 but that x7 has my attention too, this will be mostly for fun and playing in the gravel pit, I might try a race or two but I'm not sure I can get the time off work. What would you recommend? or which would you rather mod for me?

22Racer 03-21-2013 09:26 PM

Both are great Truggy engines, I have not ran the X7 yet but I have heard nothing but great things about it. Cant wait for the snow to melt and try one out.

Free crank fill on all Fusion engines! Ask about lapping in engines for easy break in.

What does the lapping do. Make it easier to start or cut down the amount of run time to break in the engine?

Yes it takes away some pinch to make break in much easier and use less fuel. I could even make it so hardly any break in is needed. It is not better than normal break in just easier. I will guarantee it to hold a pinch for 3 months.
