Hello again.
I have made a video of my Z01B Team and the OD Engine. I drove it in the 1/4 Final, 3 Round of the Swedish Cup. I am not a pro driver, this is my second year. I cant post links yet so, search "z01b team" on You Tube and you will find it. You drove awesome, engine looked and sounded sweet too. What pipe where you running on it. |

it sure is a good pipe well suited to the odonnell , what also is good is putting a slightly longer header on it :)

New .21ss in the box. $190 and probably $10, maybe less to get it to you.
If interested, can call me, 1-304-561-5912 or email, [email protected] Thanks |
i used this motor in the national titles here and had a great result the motor performed strong all weekend , used a OD medium plug it was powering my truggy along just fine you could barely tell the differance between this motor and the ninjas novas at all ... it screamed up the straight and had plenty of punch out of corners :D
i would like to see what the od pipe will be like for fuel economy i was having to pit in at 8 min mark |

Has anyone had to tinker with the mid-range needle yet ?
from my understanding this really changes the way the motor transitions from low end to high end and in my opinion the motor ran a stronger when i turned the mid range needle to 2 like you do with an OS motor. |
after the break in right?
I never touch my mid range on the OS speeds. didn't touch the low either. just turned the high needle being this this motor is a 4port vspec, I think I'll just do the same. I get to break in the NEW SS21 today. I'll be running with the RE11 pipe. |
about the idle screw
is it 2 turns too much in out of the box or out ?? |
i found the idle in mine was set to high and caused a little tuning problem to start with , at the moment my idle gap is set at .6 mm and tunes very well....
be interesting to see what the the re 11 pipe runs like on the motor and run time as well |

is it 2 turns too much in out of the box or out ?? I set it to 1.5. we'll see how it runs today during breakin. Speed with RE10 gets 8min run time on high speed oval like dirt track with not many jumps. pretty much on full throttle 90% of time. |
during run in its not as important where the idle set screw is set i guess as long as you get it to keep running but when race tuning you can get lost and tune it wrong with the idle gap set incorrectly and you will end up to lean on the bottem end

This question has been asked several times, but not yet answered in eight pages....
Where is this engine being manufactured? Italy? Japan? Korea? Taiwan? China?
Who's manufacturing them for O'donnell? Shouldn't be a big secret... |
