Poor Adam

Adam is a very good guy, he values his friends and their friendships very much, which is why he is always dragged into these internet pissing matches... which is truly bad business for everybody.... German in his own twisted way thinks he's helping to promote Adam's business, but we all know his antics do no good for anybody !

There is no reason to poor me... I cant stress this enough.. "I have no control over what a local guy to me gets on these forums and says or anyone for that matter" If it doesnt come from me then it shouldnt be related to me.

Everyone that has ran my engines on and off the track knows that I put out powerful and reliable engines with a smooth power delivery that are VERY raceable engines and go great on the track. Not every engine that I do is a over the top drag modified basher engine that will try to rip your clutch out of your RC and suck fuel like a 747 Although if you want an engine like that I can do that for you with no problem

So sorry for the confusion guys. Please dont take what someone else is saying and relate it to me or my business. Everyone has there own opinions and that I have NO control over.

Everyone here needs to realize German Muscle is a pretender, his only real claim to fame is he's a friend of Adam at AB Mods..other then that German doesn't even know how to tune his own engines, yet he comes to these forums and tries to pretend he is some sort of RC authority......

LMFAO!!!!!!!!! When are you coming to visit?

OK back on track here. So I ran my new Extech (race Tune) for the first time this weekend at the Tiltyard (BTW if you havent been, GO!!!). The motor flat out hauls, Im not gonna say it was the fastest thing on the track but it had great all around usable power. I was running a 053 pipe, Jammin red aluminum shoes and 1.1 springs in my buggy and it was great. I had bottom end whenever I needed it and was pulling some good speed on the straight. I did have one issue, the carb was leaking around the neck some and gave me some trouble at first. Once I figured this out I used some RTV and sealed up the neck and the pinch bolt from there on out it was great. Because I had issues in teh begining of the day I Qual'd for the D main. Got the bump to the C then almost bumped to the B but ran out of fuel on the last lap I cant wait for this thing to really loosen up and I think Ill try one fo the trintiy pipes to see if there is any difference. Anyone one out othere know what pipe is giving the best fuel economy? thats all for now, later!

2057 = 9.30 + possible on my local track. I can probably push 8 with the 2013.

True, it does soften the bottom up a bit and opens it up mid to top.
2013 is more bottom to mid. Most folks around my area are running the 57 to soften the bottom and gain the run time.
That is in buggies. Those that run Trug are running the 13 for the bottom snap. I actually preferred the 13 in my bug, but decided run time was more important so I stuck with the 57.

its the dynamite 053. I was low on cash and needed a pipe, 55$ sounded good to me. I really dont understand why all the trinity/NR/RB/OS pipes are so much money.

You're paying for a name? I got lucky. I was given my W 2013 over a year ago. It was used and dirty but otherwise solid. It still werks, pun intended, very well. I just passed it on to a fellow racer. With my S 57, I found a guy selling 3 pipes altogether for one very, very good price. One was a S 13, I traded that off though I wish I had kept it.

yeah its a nice pipe for the money, and it has the re-enforced outlet so thats always nice. I like the way the 053 is running but I was just barely getting 7.5min a tank. I think maybe I an lean it out a little more at take care of that. Plus I was running at the tiltyard and you sure are on the gas alot at that track. Have you tried running a smaller restrictor? maybe a 7mm would be the ticket.
