Default Reds Tetra clutches

I’ve been running the Reds tetra clutches for a few years now on my 1/8 buggy and truggy and I’m noticing they are phasing out the current one for the new reds tetra X clutch system. Hard to find shoes and springs for the current tetra system. Does anyone know if you can use the new tetra X shoes and springs on the older tetra flywheel or do you have to switch to the whole new tetra X set up?

I think you have to change everything.
I also run the tetra clutch.
I use these as a cheaper alternative and I actually like how these wear better than the stock reds shoes.

The X are not compatible with the old style.
The locator cap is a different set up that prevents the new shoes and springs being compatible.
