again this is what I’ve heard from friends running them.

When my existing fleet of nitro engines gets tired I plan on making a run with the performa engines. I recently gave the basic Orion 3 port a trial run and was actually impressed. It was a good little motor. It had plenty of power for the racing that I do, good fuel mileage, and was reliable, it held its tune.
I can personally say as a racer who has been involved in nitro for over 20 years the engine is old school lol. As in it is extremely tight. This was one of the most difficult engines I have ran in for quite some time. You are definitely going to be using the heat gun for quite some time. I have a good friend who offers EBIS services and he even mentioned how much more time these engines take to be ran in.
All this data is the same on the perfoma. I have several friends on the HB team that have recently changed their motor program to performa and they have been pleased with the results. I was able to drive their buggies equipped with the 3 port and 7 port radical and both were great.
