Default RCSR/TIMEZONE JUNE 15th FATHERS DAY EVE

Come join the Rose City Scale Racers at the beautiful TimeZone Raceway Park this Saturday, June 15th, for the Father's Day Eve RACE!!! Tell the family this is what you want for a Fathers Day Gift! This race we will be having 2 quals and Triple A's for Electric.

ELECTRIC CLASSES:
21.5 Scale Spec
21.5 F-1
17.5 Sedan
Mod Sedan

2, 5 minute qualifiers with Triple A's

NITRO CLASSES:
10th Scale
1/8 GT8
1/8 Open

2, 5 minute qualifers with 20 minute A mains, 15 minute B mains

3 cars needed to make a Class.

ALL CLASSES AND TIME LENGTHS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO TURNOUT!

TIME SCHEDULE,
8:30 Blowers start and LANE CHOICE traction compound laid down
9:00 Electrics may be on the track
9:30 Nitro motors can fire up
11:00 Drivers Meeting
11:15 First quals
We will probably do 15 minute intervals between Electric and Nitros

COSTS:
$5 RCSR Members unlimited classes
$10 Non-members unlimited classes

You can become a Member for $20

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH, there will not be lunch available. Rick has said we may use his BBQ if you want to bring something to grill. I have donated a mini fridge to the club for storing condiments and such.

Bring it on, I can't wait.

I like the move to triple A's for electric. It evens out the time between electric and nitro. It will also allow good scheduling for mains with good breaks between (electric, nitro, electric, nitro, electric).

I have also heard racers are coming from Seattle and Salem for a warm up for the NWAC at the end of the month. It should be a good turnout.

Wish I could make it, I'll be at PIR all weekend participating in the Rose Cup Races.

$1 to anyone who gives Jacko the chrome horn, $5 if you do it when he's leading.

Thats too bad... We were giving away $100 to best looking purple S2000 in the Scale Spec class Keep the rubber donuts on the ground

We should be done around 5:30 if that helps

We will have tires for sale at the track.

GT tires $25 a pair
Sedan Tires Sweep 36's $25 a set
Nitro Sedan Foams $11 a pair
1/8 Scale Foam Rear $17 Front $15

Scale Spec, sorry you are on your own. Way too many options

Are the sweep 36's the "spec" tire for 17.5 sedan or can we run what we brung?

1/8 32 or 35 fronts, 35 rears. Sedan I wanna say 37 front 40 rear, someone else might have to override on that.
