And the winning truck is bullet proof. Front wheels off the ground due to sooooo much traction.

Hi guys, my daughter and I have been getting back into racing down at CGRC and I need to get her a transmitter. I was wondering what your guys suggestions would be for her. I don't want the cheapest thing but I don't want to spend $500 either, I just want one that has the features we need and will last her a long time. She has been using my dx3r which works well for her, but there has been several new models since I got it, so there might be something better now. Thanks for the help. Brian M.

Brian,

I just picked up an Airtronics MT-4 at CGRC about a week ago.
Love it so far. Was running a DX3s for years. Price was good and has many more features then what I had. Hope this helps.

I bought Dylan a DX3C, it has good features(expo, model memory,etc..)for less than $120 and it can be used as a back up for me as well.

Hey Brian, I have a 4pl and really like it, $250 most places. I didn't know you guys started racing again. I have been racing at CGRC about 6 months. Hope to see you guys there some time. Let me know if you need help with anything.

The spectrum is a great transmitter and a good economical way to go. We have them at the shop starting at $70
