June 3rd Practice Noon-9PM
June 4th Practice 7-9 AM, Racing at 9-930

*Pit area for camping (tent spaces on grass) and trailers available

*T-shirst available for additional charge for this event.
Event shirt must be ordered/paid by May 25th.

*Awards Top 10 (yes this time we mean it) for all classes except Novice and SC8 (SC8 will get awards based on Paid entries prior to race, as of now by May 15th, subject to change)
*Shooting for the same format as last year 3 quals and AAA's for most classes
*Single Saturday event so Sunday is full travel day. We pulled it off with 156 entries last year and are giving it another go this year with the same format!
*Personal transponders required (there will be personals available for rental)

Alright as an update current as of 4/4... I will try and adjust the typed rules if i can squeeze it in today, but i still need to get my rigs ready for our season opener saturday

*as of now it will be 6 min quals and 6 min mains with AAA's and 2 bumps from lower
* Production LCG Chassis are ok on a Slash as long as it is a original Slash Kit and not a traxxas conversion, Only Allowed in Stock SC and Mod SC 2wd, no custom made kits --NO LCG CHASSIS ALLOWED IN SPEC SLASH--
* SPEC Slash will drop the C rating limit
* We will try to follow ROAR's new tread rule of 1.69 inches tread width, I have measured calibers, bowties, subcultures, DD's, stock SC10 tires and they all work within this rule, If someone has the AKA tires and Barcodes and suburbs version 1 to check please do so (remember this is tread not including sidewall). I Believe the rule is to remove the use of Suburbs 2.0 and Calibers 2.0 for the SC.
*Also Adopting ROAR NO RIBBED SC Tires
* As of now ROAR is saying small holes such as fans, vents or small reamer size holes are allowed in the rear of the SC chassis. Please keep front windows and side windows in tact for this race as of now. Rear of bodies must have fenders and rear brace of the body in tact.

( I know this isnt a ROAR race but using a organized body to help support the use of rules is a good thing to do)

As a reminder SC8 class will have awards ordered by paid entries on www.wheretoracerc.com by mid May up to 10awards, right now there are 3 signed up and 0 paid

Things are looking good, already 60 entries as we sit at 60 days out from Racing!
Alright well its way later than I wanted but I tried to update the 2011 rules and get them on the web.
Please Visit http://www.tricitiesrc.com/rc/rules
and the ones you guys will be interested in are the SPEC Slash and the 2011 SC Rules

Updates to the 2011 SC Rules will be in Red hopefully, If I missed something please let me know. Thank you.... Lets get signed up! Working our way over 100 entries!
And mark I have no clue what that last post you posted meant, if you were trying to say you signed up online with only 1 pt and you have 2 now we can fix that at the track or you can change it anytime on wheretoracerc

Click image below for flyer, more info will be coming soon

No worries, valid question
Since ROAR adopted SC that is the true nationals we all know that
other tracks use the word nationals all the time so I guess the NW needed one, I didnt come up with the name but we used it once now its stuck forever. Made sure there is a Northwest in front of it to know that it is a regional thing!
Was a good time for most last year other than a little hardware lacking!
