Rfactor SUCKS compared to Iracing. Rfactor tried to ride the nr2003 wave and failed at making something better.

Save up and get the best! Iracing taks alot of power. I am running 3 screens, 5040x1050 resolution. About $1200 into my system minus the monitors and it takes it all. I built it from parts though saves ya lots.

once you try 3 screens you will never go back to one. One is like driving a panel van on a racetrack. Can't see. Go to Youtube and look up Iracing with eyefinity!

Wes, when racing the legend car, drop to the back of the pack on the start, just go high in the turn and wait, or drop back during the pace car laps, there WILL be a crash, just pick your way thru, you'll get to know the drivers that cause the crashes and just avoid them, (you are using the F3 key when racing so you know whos ahead and behind i assume)

same with the pontiac, just let people go, then pick them off one at a time.

heck, I've finished as high as 2nd in a star mazda race and never passed anyone, they all just took each other out, but like i said, you learn the drivers that you can race and the ones you just have to put pressure on to make them crash.

I got my dream system built
I5-750 cpu on a ASUS P7P55D - E Extreme Pro motherboard ,duel XFX 5870 Radeon Video cards ,old PATA 80gig hd ,Windows 7 ultra 64bit ,Antec series 900 Extreme Gamer case ,Zalman X10 Cpu cooler and 4 gig of 1600 DDR3 ram.

I am running rFactor at MAX settings on 3 screens ,5760 x 1080 and getting 250 to 300 fps. CPU load is still only 26% . I opted for 2 of the XFX Radeon 5870 Video cards (CrossFire X) no Overclocking needed here.

BTW the Video cards together cost more then most highend PC's

Now to build my cockpit And get ready for Iracing
