None of the pictures turned out but it was sure cool to see 1/3 scales of the Yak 54, Edge 540, Cap 232 and the Super Chipmunk.
Now I have to tend to the sunburn.

I kinda figured it would rain soon after I left. I wanted to take the Lancair out flying at the construction site of the additional piece of our community but the wind and water came in very heavily so I had to scratch it. There will be another day.

For sale;

Great Planes Lancair electric plane 43" wing span for sale.
Plane has tons of upgrades from the out of box version. Rimfire brushless motor, 25a silverseries brushless ESC, 3s 2100mah lipo battery, 3 hitec hs-55 micro servos, 1 hitec hs-65hb micro servo and Century 6 channel micro receiver on channel 60. Canopy has been smoke colored and quick latch has been installed to better secure the canopy in flight. I've used the plane as a low wing trainer and it's gotten to the ground safely every time. It's just time for me to move on and I don't want it stuck in my garage.
Wings and firewall have been reinforced to handle the motor size.
$220 delivered to SIR.

Here is another plane I've grown out of. This one has only a few days of flight behind itself. It is a SIG Four Star 40 60" wing with a barely broken in GMS .47 motor in it. The motor spins anywhere from a 9x6 to a 11x7 prop. I currently have a 11x7 on it. Plane will come without servos (4) and receiver so all you have to do is add your own radio gear and your'e ready to fly.
The plane also has upgraded wheels, du-bro kwik switch w/charging jack, 4.8v receiver pack and a 8oz fuel tank installed
$200 local delivery only (no shipping). However, wing comes off for easy transportation.

You were looking for a plane a few weeks ago. The Four Star is an excellent plane to fly slow with and it has power to scream by you on fly by's as well as do vertical climbs, loops and rolls. Gary April owns a Four Star as well.
Why don't you buy it and fly with Doug??
I'm going to be his lifestring through a buddy box remote so he should be just fine.
