We are looking for the right sized building in the NYC area that meets our needs at a price that we can afford. This project is by no means dead.

you guys are in the same boat as us out here. Real estate rates are so bloody high, it would cost $16000 a month to have an indoor track out here, probably a lot more in NYC

The costs are staggering but we are still actively looking. A "Place of Assembly" has more rules than anyone can imagine.

Are you strictly looking for a place in Manhattan or any borough will do? (I don't know if this question was asked already, I only looked at the first and last pages of this thread.)

I would love to say that we found a place but I can't. Prohibitively expensive but even more difficult are the various rules and regulations..
