IRH will be closed until Friday.
For those of you who haven’t heard the horrible news yet, one of our IRH family members has been hit with some very bad news and will need all of our love and support to help him in the coming months as he finds some way to deal with the tragic death of his daughter, Jacqueline Grawunder.
Island Raceway will be closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week to allow everyone the ability to attend the wake on Wednesday and Thursday at Chapeys funeral home in East Islip and the funeral on Friday at St. Charles in Lindenhurst at 1:30.
Island Raceway will be open Friday for a special race night to honor and more importantly celebrate the life of Jacqueline Grawunder. Everyone is asked to wear something pink in her honor. In Bill’s own words,” nothing would make Jackie smile more than to see a sea of pink”.
