IRH beginners
IRH has a sportsman class for beginners. 2WD Short course trucks are the easiest cars to learn on.
IRH races on Tuesday 7-11, Friday 8-2am and Sunday 12-5pm.
Friday and Sundays usually have a sportsman class.
On any race day we try to allow everyone to race if the others in that particular class are ok with it. Sometimes we can't run certain cars together because it wouldn't be fair to those people who paid and want to race competitively without the hassle of staying away from others racing a vehicle that is not from that particular class.
Example running 4wdSc with 4wd buggy may sometime be a disaster with buggy breaking from crashes with 4wd short course trucks.

What Don said about 2wd short course being a great starting point is great advice. I just started in the spring. I bought 2wd and 4wd short courses. The 2wd is definitely better in the beginning.

Hey guys, is there ever a stadium truck class? If so, do you run stock or mod stadium truck. Obviously not the most popular class but I unserstood it was making a comeback. Always one of my favorites so would love to see some NON SC trucks. Just like the old days!

In the time that I've been back there has never been a truck heat, and that includes the opener. I know a lot of guys have them, its just no one runs them for some reason. 4wd seems to be the 2nd class to run
