The layouts alota fun guys, good job! Grip was good too, not too much and not too little. It was just right. Couple minor tweaks and it will be perfect! Actually lookin forward to Sunday!

Hey fellas I'm just starting to get into 1/10 electric buggy. I got a losi 22 2.0 and need help on choosing motor/esc combo. What is everyone running out there? Im looking forward on going soon to race with you guys. I'm not new to the hobby. I race nitro but trying out 1/10 electric buggy. Any help would be appreciated.

17.5 is probably your best bet. All of the esc's are good as long as they are sensored. I think Trinity/epic are the fastest 17.5s and batteries. For esc I like the Orion but I'm pretty sure they all work well. If you come on Sunday talk to the guys running and see what everyone is running.

come down sunday like joe said and talk to a bunch of the guys everyone is willing to lend a hand and help you out so you get more info

race weekend schedule
We have decided to extend the hour to 8PM on Saturday so we will be open from 12noon to 8pm sharp.
We will open at 6:30 Sunday morning, practice until 8:15, drivers meeting at 8:30 racing begins at 9.
3 quals and mains.

MRRC raceway is closed this weekend
MRRC raceway, The 1/8 scale track out east is closed for this weekend so we can finish preparing the facility for opening day next Sunday April 6th. No practice.
MRRC will open at 8AM next Friday April 4th for practice to help accomodate several confirmed travelers from as far away as Canada.
Practice on Saturday beginning at 8AM.
Racing on Sunday!
We still have some raffle tickets available in the hobby shop at Island Raceway.
Anyone needing ESC, motors, nitro simply inquire at the counter.
We will have a delivery of Byron 30% nitro 11% oil in on Monday and again on Thursday.
