Thanks again Don and Oz for Sunday.....we had a blast. Hope more people come out to support the track in the summer months. It sucked when there was no Island Raceway.Without the track everybody would have to travel and pay crazy money in tolls and gas just to race our toy cars. All that matters is that we have a track to go to. Cant wait to get back.

my whole thing with the watering situation is why change something that works? honestly keeping up with watering the track isnt hard....i will say though the track being left alone nights arent good...should be watered down (non sparingly) at night everyday...before me and mario was trying to get the consistancy for the track better when we were running treaded tires...then anthony got the track to run more consistant with slicks....and its faster....and to just find out that there is alot of clay and a different type of clay too then tracks around us... thats what our type of dirt likes is the water...sooo slicks is kinda the way to go guys..just saying...also one more thing....we race at a race track....so im not pointing a finger at anyone but it should be treated like a track which i dont see there from a costomers perspective..i dont see a followed track maintainence/watering schedual. and i dont see alot the atmosphere that usually belongs at a track...just what i see..like every facility especially for racing is actually catering to a racing atmosphere...i dont see this much here...just cause a rental is out or someone new is there doesnt mean lets not take care of the track like any normal raceday...or lets not make sure the bungies are all hammered down so the pipes come up...those r just 2 little things out of many that i see are wrong here...i dont see go carting places or open track days at real tracks catering to one or 2 newbies when all the veterans are racing...everyone does have an opinon...just do what works though guys...and obvisly thats take care of the track and water it properly....not pointing any fingers...just telling what i see...a track should be treated like a track...if i wanted to bash...ill go to my local parking lot/baseball field
